HML Engineering completed the seismic upgrade of the Charles Fergusson Tower.

Located in Bowen Street Wellington it proved to be a challenging and extremely rewarding project. With all 18 levels in the tower undergoing seismic strengthening and upgrades at the same time it pushed all our draftsman, fabrication and install teams, achieving quality results and satisfying HML’s customer.

We maintained program on this project through constant collaboration with the Client and Engineer allowing us to front foot many of the issues that these types of projects present.
