5 steps to building success

We work with you to understand your site, goals and performance needs — including early input into concept design and structural considerations.

 Our inhouse design team utilises existing professional relationships with structural consultants, and partners with architects to coordinate structural requirements. 

Once approved, we complete the full structural package, including but not limited to, foundation, pre-cast, floor slab and structural steel design — ensuring accuracy, compliance and seamless integration with all trades.  Structural consent documentation finalised.  

Provide assistance and RFI input on the structural elements of the consenting process.

Structural steel is fabricated and painted in-house at our facility for complete quality control and on-time delivery.  Building assistance with other structural subtrades and structural construction monitoring.  Our experienced crew installs your steel structure safely and efficiently, following through with sign off of the structural design, compliance and  Quality Assurance documents.
