After outgrowing its town central site, Harvey Norman relocated to Blenheim’s Westwood Business Park. A combination of retail and warehousing space, it is a substantial building, creating a real presence in the retail precinct, as well as offering security for high valuable stock.

The rise of craft brewing has meant an epic period of growth for Clayton Hops, the family owned and operated hop growing, processing and merchant business. This increased demand required new bespoke facilities that HML was pleased to be involved with, utilising our prior hop building experience.

Xero Building
In 2016 HML undertook the supply and installation of multi storey structural steel to international accounting and software company Xero’s international head office building. The tight and busy CBD location made for some challenges, but the results are fantastic.
