HML Engineering completed the seismic upgrade of the Charles Fergusson Tower.  With seismic strengthening and upgrades occurring simultaneously across all 18 levels, the project pushed our drafting, fabrication, and installations teams to their limits, achieving quality results for our client. We maintained our scheduled programme through constant collaboration with the client and engineer, allowing us to front foot many of the issues that these types of projects present.
