HML Engineering managed the full scope of structural steel for Delegat Wine Estate’s 5,000m² expansion, including drafting, fabrication, erection, and installation. As part of Delegat’s 10-year master plan, the project featured complex elements such as pipe racks, light supports, and custom gates. This facility now stands as New Zealand’s largest winery to house all tanks under a single roof, with the capacity to process 2,000 tonnes of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes daily.
