Countdown Wainuiomata
HML has recently completed the structural steel fabrication and install of the Wainuiomata Countdown in Lower Hutt.
Ultraquip Building
Combination of Workshop, Office and Showroom totaling 300 square metres, plus 55m mezzanine and 60m canopy. Health and safety controls were a large part of this build as the site continued to operate open to the public.
Countdown Pioneer Highway
HML completed the structural steel fabrication and install of the Pioneer Highway Countdown in Palmerston North.
Kmart Blenheim
Having previously constructed Kmart Petone, we were pleased to be involved in the Kmart Blenheim construction. HML fabricated and installed the steel framework, working closely with signage designers, and successfully working to a very tight timeframe.
Countdown Ferrymead
The new Countdown Ferrymead in Christchurch was completed in late 2013. HML Engineering provided all the structural steel fabrication and completed the installation in the timeframe required.
Countdown Redwoodtown
HML Engineering has recently completed the structural steel fabrication and installation of the new Countdown in Redwoodtown Blenheim. The 3500 square metre building has replaced the existing Redwoodtown Countdown.
Mitre 10 Hokitika
This new retail space, including Garden Centre and Drive Through, was completed 2020. It’s another example of HML’s competitiveness across a wide geographical area.
Harvey Norman Blenheim
After outgrowing its town central site, Harvey Norman relocated to Blenheim’s Westwood Business Park. A combination of retail and warehousing space, it is a substantial building, creating a real presence in the retail precinct, as well as offering security for high valuable stock.
