No. 1 The Terrace Wellington
In excess of 90 tonnes of seismic strengthening steel went into this distinctive Wellington CBD building. Site measures, drilling, bespoke structural steel, night work, noise mediation, site welding and restricted access were the challenges met on this project in efforts to bring this 18 storey building up to code.
Armstrong Porsche Workshop Wellington
Short build time and tight site made this a more challenging build for the HML team. Special care taken to not unduly interfere with the Principal’s daily business activities, nor damage the cars!
Westwood Development over 3 Stages
In excess of 140 tonne of steel fabricated, painted and installed at the Westwood Development, over three separate stages. HML’s fifth project at this office and retail precinct.
Cubro Healthcare, Nelson
Another expansion story; Cubro Nelson needed new premises for their innovative healthcare equipment offering. HML supplied and installed the structural steel to the new location in Richmond.
