Kmart Blenheim
Having previously constructed Kmart Petone, we were pleased to be involved in the Kmart Blenheim construction. HML fabricated and installed the steel framework, working closely with signage designers, and successfully working to a very tight timeframe.
Countdown Redwoodtown
HML Engineering has recently completed the structural steel fabrication and installation of the new Countdown in Redwoodtown Blenheim. The 3500 square metre building has replaced the existing Redwoodtown Countdown.
Harvey Norman Blenheim
After outgrowing its town central site, Harvey Norman relocated to Blenheim’s Westwood Business Park. A combination of retail and warehousing space, it is a substantial building, creating a real presence in the retail precinct, as well as offering security for high valuable stock.
Ormond Nurseries
Ormond Nurseries – Chiller and Processing Building HML Engineering was pleased to deliver a successful fabrication and installation project despite the tight deadline for completion.
Masefield Commercial Units
Work Base new Industrial Units build with structural steel from HML. The individual units have 6m stud height, some with mezzanine, and for sale to investors and owner occupiers.
Armstrong Porsche Workshop Wellington
Short build time and tight site made this a more challenging build for the HML team. Special care taken to not unduly interfere with the Principal’s daily business activities, nor damage the cars!
Provincial Coldstores
This 2019 build allowed Provincial Coldstores to vastly increase their space available for frozen, chilled, and ambient storage. HML was pleased to be involved with this local build for a long-established Marlborough company.
SBL Group
SBL Group, known to most as Nelson Coachlines, expanded into their modern facility in Richmond late 2024. Structural steel fabricated and installed to meet the needs of their growing fleet.
